Yogurt and Poached Eggs
This poor man’s dish is an easy weeknight meal packed with protein and flavour.
Ingredients
- Plain yogurt tub (full fat works best)
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp flour/cornstarch
- Salt to taste

1. In a pot stir flour with a couple of teaspoons of water until it dissolves in pot.

2. Add full tub of yogurt and garlic and set to boil.

3. Stir until yogurt thickens at lower temperature. Begin to crack eggs directly into pot and let cook in yogurt.

4. You will know eggs are done when the yoke has hardened in the liquid.

5. Serve over plain rice or on its own as a hearty breakfast!
