Kafta (Lebanese Hamburger)
A great barbeque option for those summer nights Ingredients
- 1 kg regular ground beef
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 large white onion or two small onions
- 2 heaping tbsp 7 spice
- 1 tsp all spice
- Salt & Pepper to taste (Recommended: a tsp of each)
1.Gather all ingredients. Using chopper dice onions into little pieces. 2. Remove stems and dice parsley into little pieces. 3. Combine parsley, onion, and ground beef in a large bowl and mix well. 4. Add spices and combine. 5. Shape into uniform, finger size pieces and barbeque until cooked through.
