Toum (Garlic Aioli)
Add some garlic to your life for its great health benefits but also because it tastes so yummy. This garlic spread is served regularly alongside Lebanese meals and in chicken sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 12 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 2c canola oil (or other non-flavoured oil)
- Lemon Juice
- Salt

- In the food processor, pulse 12 garlic gloves until fully minced.

2. Add an egg and pulse till blended.

3. As food processor is running, drizzle 2 cups of oil into the top until the garlic resembles a mayo.

4. Add a dash of lemon and salt to taste. Serve immediately or store in a container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
