Tabbouleh
A staple at any big Lebanese feast, this parsley salad requires some effort in chopping but the end result is delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 Large Field Tomatoes
- 3 Bunches of Green Onions
- 5 Bunches of parsley
- 1/4c Olive Oil
- 1 c Dalia- Cracked Wheat
- 2 Lemons
- Salt & Pepper
- 1tsp red pepper spice

1.Remove stems and dice parsley into fine pieces.

2. Dice tomatoes and green onions and measure out a cup of cracked wheat.

3. Combine all ingredients, add olive oil and squeeze the juice of two lemons.

4. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper spice. Serve alone or with a side of romaine lettuce for scooping.
